02 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on l89, you must provide accurate personal information. Registering with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure. Each person may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Upon our request, you must submit the documents required for identity verification. This may include a photo of your national ID or passport and an OTP for mobile number verification. l89 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

2.4 Account Suspension or Closure

l89 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, deception, or account sharing.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Violation of bonus terms or misuse of the bonus system.
• Self-requested closure at your own initiative.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on l89 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Funds deposited into your account may only be used for gaming and betting — not for transferring money to third parties or for commercial transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, registered in your name — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if account verification is not complete.

3.3 Source of Funds

04 Bonus and Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at l89 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the account balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only for the user in whose name the account is registered.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus misuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and related winnings may be forfeited.
• l89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Each user may use each promotion only once.

4.3 VIP Programme

l89's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier receives a weekly cashback — a set percentage of the total net losses for the week. Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 net losses in a week may receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Members can be promoted to higher tiers based on playing consistency and activity. The detailed rules of VIP benefits may change, and l89 will inform members of any such changes.

05 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Settlement

All game and betting results are settled automatically by the system. If a game or round remains incomplete due to a technical error, l89 may declare it void and refund the bet amount. l89 is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89 platform:

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an artificial advantage in games or betting.
• Exploiting technical errors or unintentional mistakes on the platform.
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Following specific patterns in betting strategy to deliberately exploit bonuses.

5.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. In a multi-bet, a cancelled event will be removed and the remaining events will be recalculated. In live betting, the price set by the system is final.
